COVID Procedures

For the forseeable future, all drop offs/collections will be done at the gates and customers will not be permitted onto the grounds or into the cattery as previously done prior to the pandemic.

I shall greet you at the gates, from a distance,  at your prearranged time slot and you may place your cat carrier and vaccination card, together with any other items  your kitty brings with them for their holiday, then step away to a reasonable distance, so i can collect your kitty and bring them  into the cattery. The same will apply for collections.  I shall get your kitties into their carriers  5 minutes before your agreed collection time and meet you at the gates to return your kitties to you, again from a distance.

Therefore, before you drop off/collect can you private message me to confirm your required times to ensure i am at the gates to meet you, and enable me to have your kittys boxed up and ready for your collection.  For this reason it will be very important to be punctual so as to prevent your kittys being in their carriers for too long.   If you are going to be delayed, please message me.   My revised opening hours are 10am - 4pm.

Please ensure cat carriers are clean/disinfected as I will now have to store them here (I shall be wearing surgical gloves when handling your carriers and disinfect the handles before you collect).

Please keep any  toys/teddies/blankies you send to a minimum, any you do send must be freshly laundered and clean.

I provide everything your kitty will need, but do appreciate they may want to bring their favourite teddy or similar with them that smells of home.  Please do not bring any bowls or scratch posts.

I know this is not as desirable as settling your babies into their rooms as we used to do, but given the current circumstances, I feel it is best for all concerned, and hopefully one day, we can return to normal.
